Warning: This recipe is for feta cheese fans. If you are not a fan of feta cheese and do not admire or like the taste, I invite you to not make this pasta. If you do not like the taste of feta cheese then the chances of you enjoying this feta filled dish are slim… however I’m a fan of a good miracle!

Attention feta cheese fans! This delicious dish is a new, simple and delicious way to incorporate feta cheese into your weekly dinners. This pasta dish went viral on Tik-Tok recently and I am excited to announce that I am happily hopping on the viral bandwagon. I created this tasty dish and even jazzed it up a bit by adding steamed shrimp. This feta and tomato dish is absolutely delicious and pairs perfectly with toasted garlic bread.

What You Need
- 6 oz. Feta Cheese
- 1 Pint of Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Box Cavatapi Pasta (Cooked)
- 2 Tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tbs. Fresh Basil (Chopped)
- Optional: 20-30 fully cooked medium sized shrimp.
- Salt & Pepper
What To Do
Preheat oven to 350.
Place the feta cheese block in the middle of a medium baking dish. Scatted halved cherry tomatoes around the feta cheese block.
Drizzle olive oil and minced garlic over cheery tomatoes and feta cheese block. Lightly mix around.
Bake feta cheese, cherry tomato dish for 30 minutes.
Cook pasta and set aside.
Remove from oven. Immediately begin smashing the feta cheese block and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Add in heavy cream, chopped basil then continue to stir.
Plate the pasta and top with shaved parmesan. Enjoy!
