I picked up everything I needed for this recipe at my neighborhood Walmart.

WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 Box Blue Ribbons Classic Strawberry Shortcake Bar- 12 pack
- 2 Cups White Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1/2 Drop Red Food Coloring Gel
- Parchment Paper
- Chef Knife
- Smaller Knife

WHAT TO DO
Step 1: Melt 1.5 cup white chocolate baking chips in a small microwaveable bowl.
Step 2: Line the parchment paper at the edge of the counter. Dip the tip edge of the knife into the melted chocolate and immediately press onto the parchment paper to create the shape of a bunny ear. Repeat the process as needed.
Step 3: Melt the 1/2 cup of remaining white chocolate caking chips in the microwave for 30-second interval and aways stir between each interval until completely melted. Add 1/2 drop of red food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir until well blended.

Step 4: Using the same technique as described in step 2, dip the edge of the smaller knife into the red-dyed white chocolate and press into the center of the original white chocolate ear on the parchment paper to complete the look of a “cute bunny ear.”
Step5: Store the completed two layer chocolate ears in the freezer for 15-20 minutes or until completely hardened.
Step 6: Using a sharp knife, slit a thin line at the top of the frozen shortcake bar and promptly insert two of the white chocolate bunny ears to create a springtime treat that is fun to eat!
