Create homemade delicious peanut butter cookies this fall using just a few ingredients. These peanut butter cookies offer a sweet, chewy middle with a crunchy sugary outside. The best part is these cookies can be made in under 20 minutes from pantry to oven.
This recipe can be used two ways. The first way is to use all four ingredients below which includes the brown sugar. I do feel the brown sugar helped bring out a chewy peanut butter taste in each cookie. The second way to use this recipe is to skip the brown sugar all together and instead use one cup of granulated sugar. Whether you decide to use three ingredients or four, one thing is for sure…the peanut butter cookies will be delicious!
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

WHAT TO DO
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper.
STEP 2: Combine ingredients and mix well.
STEP 3: Scoop and roll dough into spoonful balls. Place on baking sheet.
STEP 4: Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
