WHAT YOU NEED
- Small Silicone Heart Molds
- 1 Small Rubber Spatula
- 2 Cups White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 1 Cup Strawberry Flavored Melting Wafers
- 1 Halo Top Strawberry
- Optional- Fresh Strawberries To Garnish
WHAT TO DO
STEP 1: Using a microwaveable bowl, melt white chocolate wafers accordingly to package instructions. Make sure to stir frequently.
Tip: Use a small rubber spatula to spread the chocolate evenly in the next step.
STEP 2: Once melted, immediately pour into silicone molds. Drain excess melted chocolate into a spare bowl and place in freezer until hardened.
STEP 3: Melt 1 cup strawberry flavored melting wafers. Make sure to stir frequently.
STEP 4: Pour strawberry flavored chocolate on top of the frozen layer of white melted chocolate making sure not to fill up to the top and return to the freezer.
STEP 5: Remove molds from freezer and gently peel back the hardened chocolate to form the base of the bowl. Start at the top corners for an easier peel. Carefully repeat this step to remove each chocolate heart mold.
STEP 6: Top with one scoop of creamy, delicious Halo Top Strawberry and enjoy!
