Follow the simplified steps below to create your very own breakable chocolate heart filled with candy pieces.

Melt desired bakers chocolate in a microwavable bowl.
Pour melted chocolate into heart molds.
Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until completely hardened.
Remove mold from freezer and gently peel the mold away from the chocolate hearts.
Helpful Tip: Begin at the larger edges of the chocolate hearts.
Heat a medium sized pan until hot. Carefully, place two chocolate hearts with the hollow side facing down onto hot pan for a few seconds.
Quickly, insert candies into bottom of one half and immediately press the ends of the two chocolate hearts together to form one whole 3D heart.
Place in the freezer immediately until hardened.
