When it comes to pasta sauce, I typically opt for the glass jar red sauce or white sauce at my local grocery store. I will often jazz up my glass jar pasta sauce with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, minced garlic and lightly sauce on the stovetop for 5-6 minutes. I did not realize that I was only a few ingredients away from creating my very own homemade pasta sauce.
Creating tasty Alfredo sauce at home is extremely easy! I consider this Alfredo sauce to be simple, basic and I am here for it. It tastes similar to an Alfredo sauce at the “Garden of Olives” if not better!
WHAT YOU NEED

- 8 oz Creamcheese
- 1 3/4 Milk (I even used lactose free milk and it turned out splendid!)

- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
WHAT TO DO
Step 1
Melt 1 stick of butter on medium-high temperature in a large sauce pan, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Slowly whisk in the minced garlic, milk, cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle in salt & pepper. Reduce to a simmer.
