Introducing my newest appetizer creation, Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta! This simple appetizer is absolutely delicious and offers the perfect combination of sweet and savory to guests looking for a light, tasty treat. The presentation is also adorable which makes it a win-win in my schmooking* book. Most of the ingredients will last a few days in the refrigerator which allows you to use as much or as little as you desire. Follow the easy steps below to make your own Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta Appetizer!
What You Need
- Bread Baguette, Cut into 1-inch slices
- Fresh Strawberries, Halved
- Basil Leaves, Chopped
- Goat Cheese
- Minced Garlic
- Balsamic Reduction
- Dried Fruit and Nut Mix for Topping- Optional

How To Make It
Preheat oven to 350.
Place baguette slices on lined baking sheet. Lightly spread minced garlic onto baguette slices and bake for 2-3 minutes or until toasted.
Remove from oven and let cool. Once the baguette slices are cooled, spread a generous amount of goat cheese evenly onto each garlic toasted slice.
Sprinkle chopped basil and optional dried fruit mix.
Top goat cheese toasts with halved strawberries.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction & enjoy!
