TopGolf Jacksonville reopened this week and I am excited to share with you the new safety protocols and features that allow guests to enjoy a spacious outdoor venue along with delicious food and drinks!
How is TopGolf committed to help guests play safely?
TopGolf’s commitment to play safely features spacious outdoor bays with protective bay dividers. There is 11feet of space between each bay.
TopGolf has placed social distancing markers in the common areas and the maximum capacity for each bay is 6 people.
Each associate is required to have an on-site health check prior to starting work. Each associate is required to wear a mask at ALL times and wear gloves when handling food and drink. Associates are also required to follow the hand washing protocols per the CDC Guidelines.
Common areas are regularly disinfected and each bay is disinfected between each group. Golf clubs, golf balls, game screens and surfaces are disinfected between each group.

TopGolf Mini-Golf
TopGolf recently added a brand new way to play with a spacious MINI-GOLF course. This course is located on the first floor of the venue and follows the same safety protocols by disinfecting each golf club and ball in-between plays.

How was our first experience back at TopGolf Jacksonville?
Our first visit back to TopGolf Jacksonville was better than ever! Management and waitstaff were extremely committed to making sure our party was able to enjoy the venue the safest way possible. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing and it overall felt absolutely FANTASTIC to get outdoors and play golf!
