S’mores Pizza is a fun way to enjoy the classic taste of a s’mores treat with the easy serving capability of a pizza! It really is a win/win and officially toddler approved in our home. This treat consists of a homemade Graham Cracker Soft Cookie Crust topped with chocolate and marshmallows. S’mores Pizza is the perfect treat to enjoy with little ones this summer!
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 12-15 large marshmallows, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter melted ( optional )
- Non-stick Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 9-inch cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Don’t be shy, cover the pan to prevent any post baking sticking action.
Use a whisk to mix together salt, baking soda, crushed graham crackers and flour in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together butter and sugar. Continue to add the sugar, egg and dry ingredients from the first bowl. Press dough firmly into cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 13-16 minutes, until the top is golden.
Remove from oven and immediately pour chocolate chips onto top of cookie. Use a rubber spatula or a spoon to spread the chocolate as it melts over the cookie. Similar to spreading pizza sauce! Remember to leave a tablespoon or so out for the last step.
Add marshmallows sticky side down and cover the top of the cookie.
Broil on low 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and/or peanut butter in microwave. Remove the s’mores pizza from oven and immediately drizzle melted chocolate or peanut butter on top for a decadent finish.
Allow the marshmallows to cool for a couple minutes because they will be HOT prior to enjoying this summertime treat!
