I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO CUT BUTTERNUT SQUASH.
I am attempting to make Hampton’s baby food and on my list is pureed butternut squash. This fun food is technically classified as a fruit and just like the squash’s fruity friend, Mr. Pumpkin…it is filled with seeds, pulp and goodness. That being said, I attempted several methods of getting to the core of this fruit in order to dice it up.
I watched several YouTube videos to help guide me through the steps and because knowledge is power, I wanted to share the links with you as well…

Once the squash is cut into small pieces, I simply steamed the pieces using my BEABA BABYCOOK followed by a quick puree session.
