One Lemon, One Pan Shrimp!

Eureka! This is by far the easiest one pan recipe I have ever attempted and will have shrimp lovers coming back for more!

What You Need

  • 1 lb Raw Medium Sized Shrimp
  • 1 Lovely Lemon (sliced)
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 3 tbs. Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pep
  • Medium Oven Pan (You can also opt to line with aluminum foil)


Preheat your oven to 350. Using a microwave, melt the entire stick of butter in a small bowl and pour into oven ready pan.

Scatter lemon slices over butter and then proceed to lay shrimp on top.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over shrimp.

Bake 15-20 minutes!

How easy is that? You can enjoy these divine shrimp as an appetizer on their own or…

*Toss over pasta for a delicious shrimp scampi

*Once chilled, strain and place over a delectable salad

*Serve over french baguette toasts with a dash of parmesan
