3 Things I Learned at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

International Food & Wine Festival first timer right here!

I love Epcot! Despite the many times I have visited this fantastic theme park, this was my first time visiting during their annual International Food & Wine Festival. The festival is jam packed with delicious food,  innovative drinks and pop-up tents galore! Here are three things I learned from my very first visit to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival…

  1. GRAB A FESTIVAL PASSPORT!

The festival features global cuisines at over forty destinations along with fun merchandise and unique events. It can be hard to keep track of on your own, so do yourself a favor and collect one of these Travel Itineraries as soon as you enter the park! This fun booklet features concert series dates, festival merchandise, a list of all seminars/demonstrations and events. In the middle of there booklet, you will have access to removable stickers that will help you mark off most event locations. This also doubles as a fun souvenir. Ask a cast member where to find one and they will point you in the right direction!

2. INVEST IN A PORTABLE FOOD & BEVERAGE TRAY

The festival is jam packed with delicious food and tasty drinks. This tray just helps make strolling through the festival a little easier with both your food and drink. You never know when you need may just be tempted to double up on snacks as you wander through the various countries.

3. CHRISTOPHER ROBIN’S ROOM

Okay this is a little off topic but it truly is something I learned while attending the festival this year. Make your way back of the pavilion in England. Enter the attached gift shop and keep walking until the reach the back of the gift shop. Look for a door with a stain glassed window. Although you are not able to go inside, you can peek through the window and view Christopher Robin’s room. How fun is that?!
